Florida International University College of Law - Carlos A. Costa Immigration and Human Rights Clinic provides immigrants with student representation. Student attorneys under the supervision of licensed attorneys represent individuals in removal proceedings and members of vulnerable populations, such as abused spouses and children, and aliens subject to immigration detention. Representation is limited to Miami Immigration Court and Krome Detention Center and Board of Immigration Appeals.
